Joy is dynamic and diverse
Joy varies from person to person
Joy changes from moment to moment
Cried baby jumps with Joy
when he got his doll
Hungry tummy gets elated
when it is satisfied with tasty food
Drained soul gets rejuvenated
when it gets appreciation from his boss
Fatigued mind gets overjoyed
when the guy got acceptance for his love proposal
Distressed body gets reinvigorate and delighted
when it travels and good sightseeing
Kick off the work of seeking our inner joy
synchronically while we are exploring our lives

ReplyDeleteSuch an uplifting poem :D
ReplyDeleteYou show us so well how, in the blink of an eye, our emotions can change from feeling down to feeling joy. If only I could stay in my joy in every moment and not let my emotions sway me to and fro! :)
ReplyDeleteGayle ~
Precious joy..very nice
ReplyDeleteInteresting take on the prompt. It is true that external circumstances can change our mood from sad to happy. I believe, however, that true joy must come from within and not be swayed by uncontrollable circumstances. Now that would be a real change for most people. Peace, Linda
