A Selfie a day keeps sombreness away

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers

Selfie - A self portrait photo capturing our memories with smart phone. I could say none in this world hates selfie. Even if there is any haters, they can't ignore it in this day to day life. No one will get fatigued to see our beautiful faces though it may be n number of times. This is the main reason why most of the elevators are with mirror and also next to the lifts.

The main idea was born during the post world war II which when everyone started complaining of the delays in the elevator. Hence, the management planned to keep a mirror next to the elevator to keep the people occupied. People started using the mirror for their adjustments of hair, clothes, and adjust themselves. The idea worked out very well. In the same way, smart phone came up with a very best version of having front facing cameras.

Mainly developed for video conferencing, the trends changed to taking self portraits, the selfies. Now a days, no day is fulfilled without a best selfies. Starting from kids to the elders, loves to take best selfies to update in their facebook and whatsapp status.

Moving to my memories, I have loads of best and lovely selfies which is unforgettable. Lovely selfies will be those which we have taken along with our families and kids. The best of best which I like the most is the one I am attaching for you all. This was taken while we were returning from the munnar trip via car and the place is next to the cardamom garden. Usually, my kid won't be ready to take selfie all the time. He better needs a good mood and at that time, he gives a better pose for that. He was enjoying the climate and the place well when we called him for a selfie. He was not ready but due to my compulsion, he was sitting beside me with a dull look. But, now it is very cute to see that. I used to mock him even now for this.

The second largest smartphone market, the vietnamese smartphone brand mobiistar tied up with flipkart and they are entering our Indian market. The smartphone has a best feature of dual front camera which will allow the user to capture the selfies at 120 degrees, powerful long lasting battery and many new features with the attractive price.

I am very much awaiting for the new selfie experiences with the new Mobiistar selfie mobile as everyone in India.

The hill to hide..

After completing his burglary, He was running fast with all the robbed item. he galloped towards the south. Finally, he reached a hill where he was hearing a harsh noise.

With full of sweat, shivering hands, he sharpened his ears that he heard thousand and two. He thought the top of the hill will be the safest place to hide all his things. Hence, ignoring those noise, he climbed up.

He reached the top of the hill. To his dismay, he saw a big fog in front of him.

The harsh voice then started couting thousand and three.

PTE, a gateway to abroad.. #DefinitelyPTE

Who says "No" when we get a wonderful chance of going abroad? Who haven't dreamt about moving abroad for work or studies? I am sure there will be no one. Most of us will have an aspiration to get a good opportunity to work and settle abroad. Almost everyone will have a strong desire of studying and settling abroad.

But, is it easy? will it happen without any hurdles? is it possible without any exams? The answer is bitterly no. Everyone needs to face the english exam so as to make our dreams come true. Whilst the global study abroad scene has opened up tremendously to accommodate students of all academic backgrounds and interests, there are still certain preset academic standards that need to be met in order to gain admission to a university or college abroad. These are achieved by clearing competitive international entrance exams. Good performances in competitive ‘study abroad’ exams also help you to win scholarships and other forms of financial aid, no small consideration for a majority of the applicants.

Some of the most popular, and most important, international entrance exams for abroad studies include the SAT, MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS and the TOEFL. These are required for admission to universities and colleges in various countries across the globe; at times, the need may be a combination of one or more of these and other tests/examinations specific to that country and its education system. There is a remarkable difference when we speak to the forienger and to our national people. Speaking with the foriegner itself makes us a bit nervous due to which most of us will stammer like anything and it will be difficult for us to clear the visa interviews. As we know, Practice makes the man perfect. We need to practice a lot with the new words and its pronounciation and without any doubt, our communication is the key to make our dream possible.

We have lot of competitive exams indeed using which we can clear it and get admission in many reputed universities over abroad.

Now, we have a best option of the Pearson test of english academic. The Pearson Test of English Academic, PTE Academic is a computer-based academic English language test aimed at non-native English speakers wanting to study abroad. PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) is the fastest, fairest and most flexible way of proving their English language proficiency for immigration and student visas. As an education or migration agent, PTE Academic offers you a new and more efficient way of helping your clients achieve their goals.
It tests Reading, Writing, Listening and SpeakingQuestions often test 2 skills together, such as listening and reading or reading and speaking. The whole test is done in a single session, lasting 3 hours and is taken sitting at a computer in a secure test environment. The speaking part of the exam is done at the computer. Your voice is recorded and sent for marking.
One of the best advantage of this test is that you get your results very quickly; in about 5 days.
The test centers is wide around in all the areas. As this is computer based test, the scores will be accurate and impartial. Also, reading and speaking test will be less nervous as the test takers are going to do the same in the computer system. Results also will be published soon therenby reducing our eagerness. Some of the universities in India are Indian school of business and CMC limited.
Some of the test centers in India are Adithya institute of management, Edwise consultants pvt ltd in chennai, coimbatore, Pune and Gobal Reach in kolkatta.

So, no longer waiting. Our dream is going to come true.

Give an attempt in PTE, Fly abroad easily..

Philosophy of Life Disclosed...!!!

Pic Courtesy: Shutterstock.com
Though leading a luxurious life, John found something worrying him a lot. He could find a loneliness within him badly. He remembered his mother who was the only moral support for him after his father death. Subsequently, they faced a lot of financial crisis. Yet, she helped him to study well and successfully, he got placed in a work. After his marrige, he got a new opportunity to work out of town where he got settled leaving behind his mother in the old home. she lived there with the cherishable memories of her husband and his son. She was not ready to leave the home and he too didn't compel.

Some alarm striked his mind now. It is the time for reunion of him with his mother, he felt. He entered his old house which have become so old with the fresh memories which he had with his parents and his family. He felt so guilty as he didn't even had a time to think about the condition of house where his mother is living. Sound of footstep was heard which made his heart even more heavier.

Large tears brimmed in his eyes and he broke out aloud when he saw his old mother, who stood behind him in his pain, sorrows and worries. When he have grown up financially, he didn't think anything to share with his mother. He hugged her and got a tender kiss in his forehead in return.

Now, He found the philosophy of life.

Open your mind to say yes to the world, #SayYesToTheWorld

Travel, a single word which fills everyone with joy and excitement. Travelling, not only augment our happiness, but also helps to identify ourself. We will meet many new people, find new people with new culture, will know about new food. Thus, we can say the best education which we all get is from our travel.

Initially, I am very scared of travelling as I am not a social person. I won't move with people so easily and usually takes some time to mingle with them. Everyone says after our marriage, life turns upside down for all. In my case, this is cent percent true. I have never been to any place with anyone. Even with my family, we have never travelled outside chennai. I will be so introvert and it is very difficult for me to commix with others. I will be giving lame excuses to my school friends and college friends when they are jumping for the excursions or trip. I will be shy to even talk with school mates or college mates except with a few.

My husband is a business traveller and he loves to hang up a lot with many places. He likes to explore new places and also, he does it even when he goes to the business trip. He finds some time to visit to the tourist places even if he goes for the business travel. Munnar is the first place where we have been for the first time after marriage. Personally, that was the first place I travelled outside my home. That was the first time I was travelling and that too in a sleeper bus. I was in a panic and very cautious. I am damn struck and could not even sleep the whole night. After reaching there, I got to see many tourists and also people who resides in Munnar. Whoever I have met and spoken, they were all kind and very caring towards the tourist. I found myself safe. I could see that I have started loving to be there. I liked the climate, the environment, the people over there and the food. My mind started accepting the new situation. I could feel that I have opened my mind and started saying yes to the world.

From that trip, I started longing for the other trips which we did often. After that, we went to many places along with our child and he also became fond of travelling. Being the new place, I could find myself too much refreshed, void of all my worries and stress. Travelling sharpens our mind. We will start exploring the new cultures and traditions of people living in different locations. Also, while returning, we will be with full of energy and happiness. Many best things happens when we are in good mood and in enthusiastic feel. I could see my change is tremendous. Became extrovert from introvert, I have gained a confidence in myself. I have started handling things myself, I could move with other people without any shy. Instead of complaining for all, we can enjoy all the bits and pieces of our life. Life is to enjoy rather than complaining and living with the worries.

Our last trip to Andaman was mind blowing. Various islands we went and the experience is so new to me. People from various places came there. Andaman Jail was one of the place which every Indian needs to visit in order to realize how worthy our independence is.
We explored the under water world, the corals. Coral reefs are one of the most ancient and dynamic ecosystems of India mainly found in Andaman. It was so awesome.

Some of the pics which I like the most in the trip.

On the way to Havelock Island in the cruise

This is one of the most memorable thing in my life. I am new to swimming and also, I am so afraid of diving inside the sea. But, thought of taking risk as I was so excited to know how the experience and the ecosystem under the water will be. There was a trainer for each and every person and they took much care of their trainee. They instructed about the way we need to be inside the water and they took us inside. It was so thrilling to see the under water environment. There were colourful fishes and corals which was very alluring.

Here's my precious certificate.. Happy to share with you all.. :-)

My Scuba diving certificate

There is oneness in all the people. There is equality and fraternity among the people even when they are in different locations. When we travel, we realize this. The pain, love, affection, hunger, anger all are same among all the people irrespective of the caste, creed, color and their place of living.

I am now looking forward to travel a lot and one of the place particularly, the places which holds our old historical monuments.

Happy to share you this travel video to all.. :-)

Cut the wastage, Conserve water #CuttingPaani

Water, the Hub of our life. Do anyone have guessed our life without water? We can’t even think of it. But, the situation is becoming very worse now. As we are nearing the World Water Day on March 22, Our world is moving towards the scarcity of water. Each and every droplets of the drinking water needs to be conserved in order to preserve it to our future generations. Statistics gives us a serious alarm to take a measure to conserve water. The theme for World Water Day 2018 is ‘Nature for Water’ – exploring nature-based solutions to the water challenges we face in the 21st century.

Statistics says about 330 million people in the country now suffer from regular water shortage issues. A dry spell causes the number of people suffering to rise sharply. Last year some 300 districts spread across 13 states including Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh suffered from an acute shortage in the supply of drinking water. Trains carrying drinking water had to be sent to Latur in Maharashtra.

A recent study suggests that by 2040 there will be no drinking water in almost all of India. Between 2030 and 2040, many parts of the world will face fresh water scarcity and India is likely to be one of the worst affected countries.

One of the prevalent concepts used in most of the industries now a days are Cost cutting. Cost cutting is the initiatives that focus on reducing expenses through methods such as lowering salary costs, conserving necessary resources, or consolidating office spaces to decrease facilities expenses in order to improve the financial health of an organization. Cost cutting measures are often employed to keep a business operating through difficult economic periods.

Whenever there is a crisis, we are in a responsible situation to balance the difficulties. In the similar way, we are now in a state to cut down the wastage of water in order to safeguard it for our people. As W.H.Auden said "Thousands Have Lived without Love, Not One without Water". No one can live without water. Hence, now we are in a serious position to take care of one of our valuable resource, Water.

Some of the main causes of the water scarcity are
  • Disposing the factory wastages in the drinking water
  • Daily wastage of water by the Urban population
  • Missing rain water harvesting in most of the places and leaving the rain water
  • Contaminating and polluting the existing water bodies
  • Wasting the water to flow in sea unnecessarily without saving
Wastage of water in the urban areas are being increased. As we know, little drops make mighty ocean, small droplets can make wonders. We need to practise the conservation of water from our home. The essential way we can follow is planting trees maintaining the environment clean. Minimal use of the water for washing, regular check of our pipeline for the leakage, installing rain water harvesting in all our houses is some of the ways of conserving water.

Livpure has taken an innovative initiative, #CuttingPaani, that brings awareness in us to conserve water and minimize its wastage. We all need to promise our self not to waste water. Wasting of water starts from leaving the water unfinished in the glass which we took for drink, not properly closing the water tap in urgent etc. I have signed in the petition for this campaign. Please sign in the petition here to join in the campaign and conserve the water.

"E" for Health and wealth

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers
As Buddha Says, "Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship", Health is the pivotal thing which needs to be taken utmost care for our well being. The most prevalent problem faced by almost all generations of people is obesity.

I can see myself put on more weight post-delivery. I got an alarm from my friends and relatives about the overweight scenario which when left unnoticed may turn to obesity and make the situation worse. I started researching regarding the same where I gained lots of information.

Here, I am sharing those details which I have collected that may be helful to all of you.

Obesity is caused due to cholesterol. Cholesterol is a naturally occurring waxy, fat-like substance made by the liver and required by the body for the proper function of your cells, nerves and hormones. Human body needs some cholesterol to make hormones, vitamin D, and substances that help you digest foods. Your body makes all the cholesterol it needs. When cholesterol levels are in their natural state, they’re balanced, normal and healthy. If you have too much of it in your blood, it can combine with other substances in the blood to form plaque. Plaque sticks to the walls of your arteries. When cholesterol oxidizes, it becomes dangerous.
Obesity is nothing but the condition where a person has accumulated so much of cholesterol which have a negative effect on their health. Lots of factors results in the obesity. Some of the reasons are consuming too many calories, leading sedentary lifestyle, not having enough sleeping, medications, gene, after pregnancy effects. The list goes on.

As per the study, if a person's bodyweight is at least 20% higher than it should be, he or she is considered obese. If your Body Mass Index (BMI) is between 25 and 29.9 you are considered overweight. If your BMI is 30 or over, you are considered obese.

It is very important to take the necessary measurement to lower our obese level at the right stage in order to prevent the high risk from high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke, diabetes, osteoarthritis, fatigue, gallbladder disease and gallstones.

One of the vitamin plays the role of antioxidant, preventing free radical damage to specific fats in the body that are critical for your health and naturally slowing aging. It is none other than vitamin E. It is also an important fat-soluble vitamin that’s required for the proper function of many organs, enzymatic activities and neurological processes. Studies have shown that certain isomers of vitamin E serve as a protective antioxidant that fights cholesterol oxidation. This is because they can fight free radical damage in the body, which leads to cholesterol oxidation. Vitamin E can play a crucial role in balancing your endocrine and nervous systems, naturally working to balance hormones naturally

Benefits of consuming more vitamin E-rich foods can include treating and preventing diseases of the heart and blood vessels, such as chest pains, high blood pressure, and blocked or hardened arteries. Some of Vitamin E rich foods are Almonds, spinach, Palm oil, Avocado, sweet potato etc. It’s also available as a supplement.

Once after finding all these factual datas, I was so shocked and immediately, I joined a gym nearby my home. There they prescribed about the Vitamin E supplement –  EVION. After hearing the new supplement, I did few researches regarding the product which was really appalling. Along with the regular workouts, the supplement made a remarkable change in my body. Now, I feel myself so active and energetic. I am focussing my official work, concentrate on my households work, and my family without any fatigue.

I personally suggests our India's No.1 Vitamin E Brand - Evion to lead a healthy life.

Vitamin E supplements – Evion not only focuses on reducing our weight and balancing our hormones, it also deals with Hair problems, Dull Skin, and muscle soreness.

Last but not the least, Health is the true wealth for all of us. Take the proper food, good and recommended Supplements (EVION), regular workouts or physical work instead of sedentary  lifestyle and live a happy and healthy life.
