Do we have a real freedom?

Some incidents which we come across in our day to day life is making me to ask the question "do we really have the freedom?".  The more and more, we are becoming modernized and digitized, the more and more we are becoming slave to many unwanted procedures. Also, without knowing the reason, we are caught into the mouse trap and unaware to how to come out of it.

We are still struggling.

Recently, we went to a theater which is located in the multiplex mall. 


As everyone knows, we were not allowed to take water bottles, food items though we have a kid or elderly people. Even if we have it by mistake, we need to place all those in the entry where there will be allotted place for it. Then, we need to proceed towards the entrance. 
As 3 hours we cant be there without water, we are compelled to get a water bottle price of which will be double the normal rate. We cant even open the mouth even if we know the true price of it for many reasons.

Coming back to the incident which I faced there is forcing me to ask this question again and again. 

An elderly couple came to the theater along with their son's family. As the grandfather accompanied them is a diabetes patient, he will be frequently prone to hunger and for him, he took his special food with low sugar. 

Moving on to the problem here which is so simple was, though he is an elder, a patient, he was not allowed to take his water or snacks whichever he bought. 

He was told that, he can eat outside the premises and go inside the theater. I was searching the lost humanity there. The girls who were stopping him from taking those snacks were also helpless. They were afraid of the management which is forcing them to do this inhumane thing. 

At least, there should be an exemption for these people mainly patients, elders, pregnant ladies, kids who have their own limitations. Recently, I heard a rule was enacted to permit us to include a water bottle or else, theater management needs to provide free water bottle for all. Click here to know more. 

But, I am sure that most of the theaters are not still following this. In this rule, they can also include some snacks item too for needy persons.

Many are struggling with this barbaric behavior of the theaters. Affordable people can spend as much they want. Still, there is also seats with price of Rs.10 for poor people. We also need to consider about the poor or lower middle class people who could not buy any. 

To improve theater's business, they are troubling the normal people which is truly punishable.

Again, we don't know when we will be relieved from this unwritten procedure?

'P' is for Planning


A plan is a sequence of steps to be followed in order to achieve a work or a goal. It also involves the selection of resources to be used for the accomplishment of the work. Process of working out this plan is known as planning. An inevitable task which we need to work on is our planning for the day.

Now a days, we can find the word planning has been widely used by corporate and government. But, does that mean only they need to plan? is that word only meant for them? absolutely not. Each and every simple work needs a planning. Always we need to work our plan and plan our work. Any work whichever we take, if we need to execute it properly, we need to end up with the planning which is very much crucial.

Say, when we are starting up with a work for the day. List out all the "wh" questions related to the work we start up. Answering for all of those will render us with a proper plan for the work which helps us in the good execution of the work. This type of planning makes our work so simple and easy. 

Everyone has a goal in our life. To achieve our goal, we need to plan for it. Goal without a plan can just be a dream. It cant attain a good shape. 

Think of a function in our house. Will it be in a celebrate mood without proper planning? It would obviously be in a clumsy form if it is not in a proper planning and in organised manner. 

Each and every work needs a proper execution of plan. 

Lets start our day with planning and have a great day ahead..

5 tips for your baby's skin care


It was November 1. I could not forget the day and its night. Around 11 in the night, I was in a peak of pain and shouting like anything. My tolerance went on with a question. My resistance was flew away. After 3 hours of a big tragedy I could hear a small cry. First time, I realized even others cry will make me happy and relieved. 

My son was born. 

I was enjoying a real delight and pleasure keeping aside my huge agony. That time, I realized that he was my treasure. I was responsible for him to offer a safe and healthy life. 

As my mother was with me, I was so happy that a good support was there for me to take care of my son. She will be helping me to provide healthy and nourishing foods for him and also with good care for his skin.

We were following many herbal ways to guard him from many problems, mainly skin related problems. Complications based on baby's skin is too common and parents need to play a crucial role in handling these problems.

I followed mainly 5 tips which worked out so well. Here, I am sharing these for many parents who are all seeking our for the help.

Sunny Morning:

                Vitamin D is the vital nutrient which has many benefits. This vitamin helps us in maintaining the good skin condition, effective heart and blood vessels, strengthens bones and muscles. Baby needs it so badly to have a glowing skin and to strengthen its bones which is so crucial. In the morning by 7, he will be awake. With bare body, I will take him to our upstairs where there is a free flow of this good vitamin. We both will be enjoying the shower of morning sunlight which makes him a vitamin D holder thereby preventing him from any deficiency.

Oil Massage:


 After that, he is ready for our oil massage. We used coconut oil which is worthy. At least for 10 - 15 minutes, we will give him a good massage which makes him so sleepy(One way which is very good for me :-) )




Bathing with Herbal Mixture:


 Then comes the time to take bath. My mother used a herbal mixture which she will grind for him freshly. We will keep this mixture for 1 or 2 months. Then again she will make it. That secret mixture is nothing but besan powder, green gram, kasturi turmeric. As this is herbal, skin has good glowing and also no side effects.





Wipe with proper wipes:
            

We also had moisturizing wipes as a better option for cleansing baby skin. The perfume or alcohol in some wipes can further irritate and dry baby's skin. Hence, we need to so careful to chose the safer wipes. Due to mild, pH-neutral cleansing lotion that pampers wipes contain, we used it.



Usage of healthy and appropriate diapers:

Use proper good diapers for babies. As the diaper area is easily prone to infection, crucial part of us is to use a proper, healthy and safer diaper to our baby. Change the diapers frequently. Remove it immediately when wet or soiled. Clean it with the wipes or wash the diaper area with mild cleanser or warm water.

The End of an amazement..!!!





I watched the vulture looking at me hungrily as I lay on the ground bleeding and injured. 

All the incidents, which I faced in this interesting game of life, started crawling in my memories that time. 

How much joyful moments? How much worries? 

How much love and affection? How much careless words? 

How much friendship? How much hatred and enmity? 

Well, A life is a perfect blending of all of these in a right proportion. Of course, my life is not an odd one out of it. Me too was a mere spectator in the surprise game of life.

All of these are reaching its destination. 

Yes. My soul is ready to get away from my body. I can hear a siren sound of an ambulance. But, it is of no use.

Nanum Rowdy Than Review

Though story has an usual one liner as Hero taking revenge on the person for the sake of his girl friend, the screenplay made it a difference. Film is a good combo with many good actors and actress. 

Pandi, played by Vijay sethupathi, is the son of Radhika who is also a police women. She wishing her son to become a cop whereas he, after getting a knowledge from a rowdy who is about to release from jail, whishing to become a rowdy. 

Nayanthara played as Kadhambari, the daughter of a sincere cop. Her father's sincerity has gifted her in lose of her mother and her deafness. After a while, her father too died because of his violence. Kadhambari, attempting to take the revenge, thought to go to a rowdy who can murder him. 

Once, He meets Kadhambari in police station when he comes to see his mother. He is moved away with the beauty of Kadhambari and also accepts to take the revenge against the rowdy played by Parthiban and kill him.

As expected, RJ Balaji is the friend of the Hero. He has made happy with his comical sense. Pandi along with his friends made a plot for executing the rowdy which was awesome and makes our stomach pains after continuous laughing. 

Radhikaa needs no feedback as she suits well in any roles. She has exceeded her expectation in this film too.

Parthiban, as in the film says, the newly arrived rowdy, fits in the character perfectly with his own style.

Whether the rowdy was killed or escaped? Did kadhambari took the revenge and succeeded in her mission? Did Pandi left success in his love? If Radhikaa made her son as a policemen or he went as a rowdy? 

All the questions are well answered by this movie. Vijay Sethupathi's comedy turned out well. After a long time, he has came up with a good commercial comedy movie. Nayanthara well suited in her role and played well as a deaf girl. Screenplay is good. Songs and Background score done by Anirudh is as usual fresh.

Time please...!!!

Smart phones becoming too smarter. Recently I came across a quote saying "Smart phones has replaced our watch, alarm, calculator. But don't let it to replace our relationship too." It's very much true based on the current condition. The shocking news is even a kid from 3 years getting addicted towards the mobile and its apps.

It feels so nostalgic for me if I remember about my past days which mostly i will be spending in my grandma house. There we have a big garden. We used to plant many, remove the weeds there, watering the plants, nurturing it. Time will be flying off. We have a good time pass over there. Whenever each and every flowers bloom, vegetables grown, fruits ripen, we will be jumping here and there. We used to see the each and every stages of it so keenly. I will be waiting for each Saturday when I will get a chance to go to my granny home, with my grandpa I will look for all the garden related activities.

I am very much worried as today's kids are missing many of those true happiness in this digitized world comparatively as we enjoyed in our childhood.When I was enjoying my schooldays, mainly if I am in my granny house, we all be happier with the reunion of our relations which happens so frequently. We all be relishing by planting many trees, playing board games and hide and seek with them, planting trees in the garden, and chatting with our relations. 

As nuclear family is prevalent now, our kids and also us, not knowing the value of real pleasure and togetherness now. Everyone's common dialog now will be there is no time.

Time is available for free. But, managing time is a crucial part in our day to day activity. Though we have lot of commitments, we need to relax our self, allot some time to our nature too, mingle with others, chat with our friends, spend time with our family and relations, control the usage of smart phones which makes us feel fresh and enjoyable.

From parenting, we can start our activities for associating our self. Spending our valuable time with our kids is so important now. We need to engage our kids in all activities like gardening, washing our vehicles, cleaning room etc which may prevent them from too much engaging with their phones or television.

Real togetherness is being with our family and relations, spending valuable time with them. We are in a position to relieve our self from the custody of the digital prison. Everyone are so busy with their apps and are not ready to spend time with their loved ones.

Journey in the Dark...!!!








Not knowing what to expect, he made his way into the dark of the forest. 

His mind was blank. He could not guess from where he heard the screaming. He was also not sure which or who made this sound. He was sailing in the darkness with dismay. 

Inside the gloom, a small portion has a luminous effect where he could see a ferocious tiger sitting in the middle of the blood sheds of a deer lying dead beside. 

Tiger turned his looks towards him.

He was very much shocked and nervous. His hands were shivering. He doesn't know what to do.

Suddenly, a shower of water was thrown at his face which made him to wake up from his sleep. His wife Tara was standing with a mug of water and yelling at him "Hey James.. How many time I need to call you.. Get up..!!!"

Smile - one of the word which has happiness in itself. When we pronounce the word itself, we have a pleasure and delight in our heart. Made My buddy to smile:


It will be an ever pleasurable moments for all the parents to see their kids rushing towards them in a joy. This will happen often to me when I go to the school and my son is about to start from there. 

He was expecting more for a day with so curiousity. He was very much excited about the sports day happening in their school. Also, he was assured to take away a prize for sure in running race as he is good enough in that. 


His excitement passed to me too and I was waiting outside the school premises with so much thrill till the bell rang. I rushed inside the classroom of my son where I felt the disappointment.

Unfortunately, he missed the prize. Winning and losing is all in the game. But, the tiny tot has not realized. He is new to this losing game. Hence, he was depressed so much. Though I consoled him, he was not ready to accept the fact.


We entered our home. I got a quick idea. I left him alone in the living room and went to kitchen. I came up with a fried smileys for my sweety. 






Like the way the smiles spreads so fast, Mccain smileys also passed so early and stuck to my kid. He enjoyed so much and I was relieved. I was so happy to see my kid smiling again and relaxed from his upset. 





What more I need other than seeing my son's smiles? I said, Thanks to Mccain.



Finally, A smile is a curve that sets everything straight. Enjoy our life with making others smile and laugh happily without any hindrance.


One who smiles rather than rages is always the stronger.

A Long lasting journey





Ashok ignited his recently bought car with an hurry. With his heavy heart, he was sure he can't be at home any more. He was so depressed. Without deciding about any destination, he started his journey.

He believed driving makes him chill out from his problems. Along with driving, he was chewing his memories about Shweta. It is imperishable. He was not known that these sweet remembrance will be following him continuously where ever he goes.

Shwetha was his school mate. She is now her colleague. From his school days, he had a crush with her. But, as the days passed on, he was about to forget her with the changing days and his new job which he got placed from campus.

As a fresher, he joined this MNC company which was his ambition. He was flying away with lot of enjoyment and new commitments. After one month of his work, when he was roaming around the corridor of his floor, he met a girl. 

His eyes got placed on her. He could not believe what is happening to him. He was so surprised. Calling his sense back, his legs automatically moving towards the girl. 

Yes. She is his Shweta. She too remembered him and again a new episode of friendship started. His long back crush, now slowly changed to a real love. Once, he believed that he could not imagine a life with out shweta. His bonding with her went so strong. He guessed, she too has the same feeling.

3 years went off very happily. He bought a new car of his own. His standard of life got still more increased. He felt he was blessed.

On one fine day, he thought of proposing his love to him. With regaining his strength, 

He started, "Shweta, I think... ". 

Shwetha, "You think.. What Ashok? tell me.. "

"I think I am in love with you.."

Shweta face reaction changed. Though she was feeling happy inside, she could not exhibit her true feelings to him as she was thinking about her uncle who is taking care of her. She lost her parents in an accident and uncle is taking care of her. Now, she cant decide without informing him. She too has no courage to inform him regarding this. 

She told her whole story again to Ashok who already knows it. Ashok convinced her that he will talk to him or he will make his parents to talk to him. But she didnt accept. She left the place. 

Ashok could not digest this. Once he left his school, he was feeling for her so much. But now, though he got a nice oppurtunity, he missed her. She didnt accept him which made him to worry more.

Hence, he was driving in the night so rashly.

He drove all night.

Around 9 in the morning, again he returned to his home with dislike. He was getting ready to office. Once he dressed up, he was searching for his mobile which he threw off the day before when he started for driving. It was switched off. After placing in charger, he switched on.

What a glow in his face. A sudden spark happened which made him to jump. He felt as though he was in top of the world. 

It was a message from Shweta  in whatsapp saying, "Hey Ashok, I really love you da. But, as I could not decide alone, I could not accept it immediately. Also, I was not so bold enough to act against my uncle. I thought my uncle will be against our love. But, my assumption was wrong. But, pulled my courageousness for your sake and informed your proposal to him. He was so sweet. He asked me to bring you and said he will decide after seeing you. I am expecting everything happens fine. I love you dear. I like you so much. Sorry if I pained you a lot. Waiting to meet you in office. Bye."

He started jumping, dancing. He was laughing out with happiness.

He rushed his car towards his office. His Shweta is waiting for him. Their eyes mingled with each other. Without any stammer, with courage, with loads and loads of love, Ashok told "I love you Shweta. You are only for me". Shweta with blushing, nodded her head. 

Uncle too liked him and ended up with sweet wedding with the approval of Ashok's parents too.

A Spark Again..


Arun held the hands of Ananya with so much intimacy and love after a long time.

They were struck up in the rain and waiting near the parking. 

Both were facing a tough time for some days. They were too busy in their commitments. Even if they find some time, smart phones were eating them in whatsapp and Facebook.

Though they are working in the same building, they are hardly spending time with each other.

Rain thought of bringing a spark in them again. 

The moment became so romantic. They realized how they missed each other for these days.

The Masks


Day by day proceeding
Human's life style changing deliberately
Their behaviour becoming dynamic and unstable
More and more disguise spreading
True faces are hidden behind a masks
Many smiling to us with greasy nature
Making us stick to them
With their lovely words
Hiding their harmful and hellish nature inside
Playing with others heart and feelings
The game will not lasts for long
Once their true nature revealed,
Their original faces exposed,
Natural attitude ignited
The broken heart will be the opposite's
Yet, what goes around
comes around
After all, the world is a circle
The same masks can be reversed to them
where they will experience the affliction
which will be very hard to digest..

5 Ways to Reduce Stress


We all know a simple but a true proverb saying "Health is Wealth". We can enjoy our life only if we be healthy. Health not only comprises of physical. But, also mental. If we are mentally strong and healthy, we can indulge in any activities. We can enjoy each and every moment of life. 

In this pressurized and busy life, we always prone to mental stress and depression which is not allowing us to stay happy and fresh. First of all, we need to take care of our self, allot and spend time for us which will make us lively.

Here is 5 steps that makes us to relieve from our stress and depression.

1. Image an image
       Whenever we feel depressed, it is better to imagine an image which will make us feel better and relieve from our stress. For example, imagine a pink lotus or a beautiful flower which is slowly blossoming. Think a picture of rising sun or a cool moon surrounded with twinkling stars. We will be feeling so much relaxed in seeing those picture. Our heart and mind gets refreshed and we will be rejuvenated soon.


2. Exercise well
        Exercising is one of the best way to get our lost mood. At the same time, we also be fit and stay physically healthy. So, this is the perfect way to regain our energy and our healthy mood soon. 

Some best exercise which are very much effective are 
    • Dancing
    • Housework, especially sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming
    • Jogging at a moderate pace
    • Low-impact aerobics
    • Swimming
    • Walking
    • Yoga

3. Listen to a melody or prayer song to soothe

Listening to a song that too melodious will make our mind calm. Music is so powerful tool and has a profound effect on both the emotions and the body. Faster music can make you feel more alert and concentrate better. 

Upbeat music can make you feel more optimistic and positive about life. A slower tempo can quiet your mind and relax your muscles, making you feel soothed while releasing the stress of the day. Music is effective for relaxation and stress management. Native American, Celtic, Indian stringed-instruments, drums, and flutes are very effective at relaxing the mind even when played moderately loud.


4. Sleep well
          We are now in digital world. Everyone are rushing towards our need and goal. No one is having proper sound sleep now which results in a stress inside. If we does not have a good sleep, for sure, we will be ending up with lots of mental problems.

Andrew weil, American medical doctor and teacher, proposed a breathing exercise which is so simple and efficient. He writes: “Breathing strongly influences physiology and thought processes, including moods. By simply focusing your attention on your breathing and without doing anything to change it, you can move in the direction of relaxation.

This same philosophy is used in his well-known “The 4-7-8 Breathing Exercise,” also called “The Relaxing Breath,” which promotes better sleep. This is based on pranayama, an ancient Indian practice that means “regulation of breath.” The exercise is described by Weil as “a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system” that eases the body into a state of calmness and relaxation.

Weil’s technique is shockingly simple, takes hardly any time, and can be done anywhere in five steps. Although you can do the exercise in any position, it’s recommended to sit with your back straight while learning the exercise. Weil explains to “Place the tip of your tongue against the ridge of tissue just behind your upper front teeth and keep it there through the entire exercise. You will be exhaling through your mouth around your tongue; try pursing your lips slightly if this seems awkward.” 

This is followed by the five-step procedure listed below:
  1. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.
  2. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four.
  3. Hold your breath for a count of seven.
  4. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of eight.
  5. This is one breath. Now inhale again and repeat the cycle three more times for a total of four breaths.

It is a very powerful tool and helps us to fall asleep. 

5. Eat healthy
          Eating healthy with home made food, fruits and vegetables will make us even more healthy physically and mentally. Mostly, we need to avoid eating outside which will result in good and sound health for us.
