Dalai lama says "The purpose of our lives is to be happy." Our life comprises of infinite moments in which only this moment is true. Past is past and future is never known. Present moment is our best present gifted by our God which leaves us in delight.
We don't want to hunt the happiness in and around as it is residing with us. Also, happiness is not proportional to how much we have. It is something what we have. Also, Happiness varies from a person to person. I have many time observed this even with kids. A costlier thing matters us a lot and we will be striving to own it. But, if we gift the same to a kids, they will not be as happy as us since his happiness lies in a simple toy. Satisfaction matters a lot to make us delight.
Receive each and every one with a pleasant smile including the problems. All the problems will be zoomed when we look at it with fear. Smile makes us to solve it easier and also, renders a good solution which suits us.
" If you want to be happy, be " Leo Tolstoy.
So again, Be Happy and spread the happiness among your kith and kin.

A wonderful choice for this weeks letter.... and yes, although it sometimes is very hard, trying to be happy as much as possible is very rewarding...
